Dog-friendly Stays

We love dogs!

Royal experiences for all is our mantra and of course this extends to our much loved pooches. Why not treat the pup-King or pup-Queen of your household to a special castle stay? A supplement of £20.00 per dog per night applies, but check out our Offers for free stays for your pup.

Up to two well-behaved pups are welcome to stay with you in the following bedrooms:

• Classic Double (or Twin room).
• Superior Double (or Twin room).
• Four Poster.
• One Bedroom Suite.
• Two Bedroom Suite.
• Junior Suite.

When they arrive for their stay, your hound will receive:

• A friendly welcome.
• Comfy doggy bed for use during their stay.
• Some special treats.
• A Hound Bag tote filled with useful accessories for your stay, including a tennis ball, poo bags, dog treats and a local walking map.
• Please bring bowls, a doggy towel, food and Fido's favourite lead.

Dog-friendly bedrooms must be pre-booked. Please call us on 0131 654 0088 to request a dog-friendly room when you make your booking. Unfortunately, if you arrive having packed a pup without booking, we may not be able to accommodate you. 

Doggy Afternoon Tea

Doggy Afternoon Tea is served daily from 12:00pm – 5:00pm in the conservatory or gardens. Spoil your four-legged friend with:

• A tennis ball to take home.
• Choice of Lily’s Kitchen wet food.
• Organic dog biscuits.
• A puppichino.

£10.50 per pup
£16.25 with a small bottle of Pawsecco

Doggy Afternoon Tea must be booked in advance, and is best enjoyed alongside human Afternoon Tea(!)
