Celebrate Hogmany in true Scottish style at our historic castle hotel with an evening of fabulous food, fizz and everything in between, plus a one-night stay for two in one of our boutique dreaming dens.

Your magical evening begins with a glass of fizz on arrival, then enjoy an opulent gala evening with a five-course tasting menu showcasing the finest Scottish produce. Dance the night away to our DJ and be wowed by our magician as you make memories with your friends and loved ones.

At midnight, a glass of Champagne and a piper to ring in the bells will help ensure you see in 2026 in style.

Your NYE stay

31 December – New Year's Eve

Arrive from 15:00 to a warm welcome.
A glass of fizz before dinner.
Join us for a decadent five-course tasting menu.
Magician and DJ.
Glass of Champagne and a traditional piper to 'bring in the bells' on the countdown to midnight.
When the celebrations end, retire to your boutique dreaming den for a well-earned slumber.

1 January – Farewells

Full Scottish Breakfast.
Fond farewells, with checkout at 11:00.

Terms & Conditions

Price is based on two people sharing a double/twin room and includes two tickets to our Hogmanay Gala Dinner worth £95.00 each.
Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check-in time (15:00), but note that the 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
Balance to be paid at the property.
Full payment is required at time of check-in.
Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. | All packages are offered subject to availability.
Package includes one-night B&B stay on 31 December 2025 and two tickets to our Hogmanay Gala Dinner including DJ and magician;1 January 2026 a Full Scottish Breakfast.
Additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure.
Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of one dog.
We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.

Payment: We require full payment for your ticket at the time of booking.
Cancellation: To receive a full refund on your ticket price, you must inform us of your cancellation by Wednesday 17 December 2025. After this time, the full ticket price will be retained as a cancellation fee.
