Terms & conditions

  • Full payment taken at time of booking and cost of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
  • A credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check-in to guarantee your reservation.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
  • All packages are offered subject to availability.
  • Stay must be redeemed between 01/11/26 and 30/04/27.
  • Package cannot be booked between 24-26 December 2026, New Year's Eve 2026 and Valentine's Day 2027.
  • Minimum three-night stay.
  • Saving is applied as a 33.33% discount on each night of the booking to give a saving of one third of the cost of the B&B tariff for the three nights.
  • Saving is on your B&B room tariff only.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers.
  • Package price is based on bed and breakfast for the number of people and number of rooms stated in the booking.
  • Breakfast is based on a choice of dishes from our standard breakfast menu per person, per night.
  • Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
  • Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
  • Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of two dogs.
  • New bookings only.
  • We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
